Hi. I’m Martin.   Friends and family call me Marty.

I’ve had quite the career - but I’m not finished. I’m hoping to use the knowledge (and maybe even wisdom!) I’ve gathered over the course of my life to help individuals understand the possibilities that are inherent within their real estate holdings. Over the last 35 years I’ve learned that my strengths lie in pre-design, design development, and construction administration. That’s industry terminology. Put more accurately - I enjoy getting my arms around a project, drawing Owners, Contractors, and other participants into a “group hug”, and enriching everyone’s lives while keeping an eye on schedule and budget.

By helping to enable this, project-by-project, I truly believe that communities grow stronger and more vibrant. Just like the generations of a family, and these United States, places are made better when people work together. And play together. And help each other out - growing, thriving, and, while learning from the past, ensuring a future. Better than our own.

Life is challenging. Let me help you meet the challenge. Let me be your friend.

My Vision

Black

Seasoned.

Intellectual.

Frames originally manufactured by Courtland Eyewear, UK. Style: Socrates. (black was preferred by Aristotle Onasis).

(Thank God I can find my damn glasses!)

Visible.

Tortoise

Internationally Rational.

Academically inclined; Spadework conversant.

Solidly open-minded.

Rick Okaceck is still in the building. With Odetta. And she’s still telling children to “go where I send thee.”

(Special occassions, or often - depending)

Sunglasses

Karl Lagerfeld (R.I.P.)

(An analog solution to an analog problem - I can relate!)

Willing (and able) to work things out in-the-field; able to push a broom, but not otherwise mechanically inclined.

….Green Acres IS the place to be…

Audrey Hepburn fan-boy.

Crystal

Enhanced normalcy.

Solid ambiguity

Subtle Intellectualism.

Crediting Aunt Clara (of Bewitched) - you never know where the next big idea will come from. Look for it.

(Where did I put my damn glasses?)
